Pex Lives: A Doctor Who Podcast
James Murphy and Kevin Burns are both Certified Minor Internet Personalities with a shared love of Doctor Who. Explore the history of the show with them, as they watch classic serials and chat with each other each month about them. Each month, the pair will pick a classic serial to watch and then break down, exploring the themes, characters and production of the given story. There will also be jokes. Sometimes they may barely mention the show. New episodes every month.
17: Earthshock, or, We go back a long way.

In a madly rare illusion of prolificacy, welcome to the third episode of Pex Lives for the month of December. Earthshock. We also talk about the torture report, the state, Ferguson and more.

Pex Alive. Pex Aliiive!: The Hammer Frankenstein Films

Don't say we didn't get you anything. Here is a very special Christmas gift for you. An undead gift. The best kind. This is one of the most fun chats we've ever had, all about the Frankenstein series that would prove such a huge influence on one of the best eras of Doctor Who. We talk about all the entries in the Hammer Frankenstein series, the Shelley novel, briefly go over the Universal monsters, and take in the kind of fascinating tangents that make talking to clever, witty people so fun.

As you should know, Jack Graham blogs at Shabogan Graffiti

Gene would rather people just leave him alone.

With extra thanks to @Hammerhorrorfan on twitter for this bonus episode's excellent artwork.

Finally, the long delayed episode 12, which was our one year anniversary with our first ever guests, has time travelled from July. It's so exciting to have people hear what turned out to be a fantastic conversation that's so much better than the subject at hand; the TV Movie.
